The Cisco equipment in my company becomes more and more. So the admin task become more harder. Also reduce the downtime is becoming more important. So, does any body know if I can write some program to control the router? for example, sometimes I want to modify the equipment's config in midnight, can I write a cron job to login to the equipment as the time I specify? or I want to use program to get the ip accounting and other information in the router. I think cisco can do this, but I have no idea how I can do that. Can anybody give me a hint? Thank You very much!
