Hi,
we are trying to connect our IPT sistem on the Telco over the E1 R2. On the Telco side we have Alcatel 1000 E10. Did any one have experience with this Telco switch ? We establish connection and we can place and receive a calls but very often we are receivning fast busy tone when we are placing a call and when we try to reach customer from the outside. We suspect on the cas-custom settings but we have no idea how to set it. Also when we are placing a call we experience long waiting before establishing a connection.
Did someone have any idea ?
Enigeers from Telco operator are not helpfull :-)

With E1R2, we need to find out exactly what the provide have setup their switch setup for. Otherwise, troubleshooting the problem can be very painful.
We can look at the debugs for the call and try to isolate the problem down to
Inter-register signaling or line-signaling issue. Once we isolated this down,
we can try and figure what the country variants are by comparing it to the country default setting.
You can use the following debugs:
debug vpm signal
debug vtsp dsp
debug vtsp session
debug vtsp tone
debug voip cc inout.

thanks on your response. Tomorow I will collect sugested debugs. Would you be so kind to help me out with debugs or it is better solution to collect debugs and to open a TAC case ?
