VOIP Call disconnection Problem

Unanswered Question

Dear All,

We have a 64KB lease line from head office to regional office.

VOIP is implemented between both the locations using VIC-2FXS voice cards.

Cisco 1750-V router is used at the Head office and 3com pathbuilder router is used at the regional office.

When I make a voice call from Head office to regional office call lasts as long as we don’t disconnect it manually.

But when we originate a voice call from cisco router to 3com router call establishes successfully but lasts only for 10 to 15 seconds and disconnects while we are under conversation.

Basically we have a call disconnection problem from one end.

Any workaround to solve the problem will be appreciated
