Hello -

I am running Unity 3.1(5) in production and 4.0(2) in test. I just checked my 4.0(2) system and it still has the same registry key for setting the number of ActiveAssistant sessions. CISCOPCA is what users access to get to the Cisco Unity Assistant, which was called ActiveAssistant in 3.x versions. The default is 20 concurrent sessions. The key value can be adjusted via Advanced Settings Tool in Unity Tools, with the caveat that changing it could affect Unity's performance in answering calls if too many users are accessing their subscriber options/greetings at the same time. We have 423 subscribers, 24 ports, and have not needed to increase the default.

Sincerely, Ginger
