server move unity 3.1.5

What is the best process for moving Unity 3.1.5 to new server. I am doing unified messaging on an off-server exchange server. I want to move to a new server.

I looked through some documentation. The only concern I have is I run Unified Messaging with OFF-Box Exchange Server. When I set up my second Unity Server that I plan to move Unity to via DiRT, do I run an installation the same as I would normally including the ADSchema setup again??

There's no need to re-run ADSchemaSetup again.
