Two questions:
- In Netflow Collector 3.2 (I know there is a newer version I need to upgrade. Hopefully Ill have time soon to do it) is there any reason as to why it can not receive flows coming from Cat6509s?
For flows coming from 7507 routers, everything works fine, I see the directory structure and the files for the collection, but we have been trying to send flows from Cat6509 with a Supervisor 2 MSFC2 module with c6sup22-js-mz.121-13.E image unsuccessfully. According to the white pages, this configuration should work, but we havent been able to get anything collected. I might be missing something in the resources file, but I cannot see it.
I know Im getting the packets because snoop in the collector server shows me this. The only different is the packet length from 1472 bytes (7507) to 1424 bytes (6509)
7507 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=56370 LEN=1472
7507 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=56370 LEN=1472
7507 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=56370 LEN=1472
7507 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=56370 LEN=1472
6509 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=54277 LEN=1424
6509 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=54277 LEN=1424
6509 -> collector UDP D=9996 S=54277 LEN=1424
- Also, is there any way to select only to collect a particular thread for only one device configured in the resources file? As stands right now, if I create a thread, data from all devices in the accept packets from fields in the resource file collects data.
Thanks for any suggestions.
