I have CCM3.3(2). My first attendant console 1.3 pilot point 8100 and huntgroup (8200-8207) work fine. I created a second pilot point 8101 with a huntgroup (8209-8214) and i get initialization of call controll when I try to log in the attendant console software. If I use my new ac user (corpop1) with the first pilot point (8100) everything is ok. I can not get my new pilot/huntgroup to work. I restarted the TCD service on both call managers verified the password to be 12345 on the ac user. And the AC user is asscoc. with the new pilot and IP phone/lines. Thanks

Open up the AC settings, goto the advanced tab and check "enable trace". Try logging in again, and then take a look at the file c:\program files\cisco\Call Manager Attendant Console\logs\jtapi\CiscoJTAPIxxx.log

Look for the ProviderOpenRequest, and the messages that immediately follow. In particular, the ProviderOpenCompletedEvent should give you a failure description.
