Carrier is sending 4 digits. I want DID 0760 to map to internal extension 7300. In the translation pattern do I put the internal ext. in the Called Party Transform Mask ?

You can make the translation on the gateway or the CCM. If you have an IOS gateway, you can make a translation rule and apply it to the outbound voip dial peer as such

translation-rule 1

rule 1 ^0760 7300

dial-peer voice 10 voip

translate-outgoing called 1

OR :

On the call manager alternatively you can make a translation patterna nd change the called party number from 0760 to 7300
