Detailed Device Report on RME 3.4 (Windows platform).

Hello,

I'm using the detailed device report to view my 3640 chassis and cards.

I don't understand why, in the chassis cards details, I find a card type pm-m4t and if i use show diag command I can view a NM-4T= card FRU P/N.

Can I modify the details on CW?

I'm assumng that you already have the latest IDU installed for RME 3.4?. If so, then this is most likely a problem with the MIB agent in the IOS that is being queried by RME for the details and not with RME itself.

Hi,

yes I have the latest IDU. If I use a mib browser to view the cards detail I can see the same result of RME. Why not with IOS show diag command?
