MOH AND MRGL issues

I have a 3.3(2) ccm cluster. I have 1 fixed audio source on my publisher and one fixed source on my subscriber. I have setup a MRG which contains my publishers MOH server. I then add this MRG group to a MRGL called Region1.

If I apply this MRGL to my device pool I have no MOH on net or off net. If I remove my MRGL from my device pool and set the music on hold source to my fixed audio source it works fine on net and off net. Can anyone tell me why it won't work using a MRGL. The phones and gateways that I test with are registered with the publisher which is holding the MOH server and Source.

Thanks

Remember that it's the held device that need to be able to get to the resource, not the holding device. So if you're sure that the held phone or gateway is in a device pool using that MRGL, then get the CCM and SDL traces (set to Detailed level) and open a TAC case.

Thanks for your response, the config looks good to me, I'll give TAC a call today.
