one-way voice issue on MGCP VG...

Have a big problem about CCM voip network.

CCM version 3.1(2c)

I have 2 VG200 VG at my network.

when the call connect by VG,just talk 5 minutes, the voice become to one-way.

then still more 20 seconds, the call become to two-way normal status.

Have any Expert can tell me how to reslove it
