Solved: Restrict add new user from SA

Unity 3.16 TSP 7.02 Unified with Exchange 2000

Hello

We have successfully completed the installation and added the users everything is working fine. The customer has now asked me to prevent new users from being added from the SA ( he wants to allow import from exchange only ). I did not restrict this at install but is there any way i can restrict it now.

Yeah, this is a registry key you can set.

Go to HKLM\Software\Active Voice\SystemParameters\1.0

There's a key there called "DisableNewExchSub" and it's set to 0 by default. Set it to 1 and on the new subscriber dialog in the SA it'll let you import users and create internet subscribers only - set it back to 0 and it'll also let you create new mail users from scratch.
