Multicast is basicly a check box in CCM, if you are looking for multicast routing for you LAN/WAN, there are several docs on this. As for MOH/Mcast if all your phones are ccm moh server are on the same network there would be nothing to do. Assuming you ccm design is not this case, the minimum would be mcast routing between you moh server and ipphones vlans.
