Hi,
can ACS act as a DHCP server? Or is there any configuration for an IP pool?

ACS does not have inbuilt DHCP option. You can anyway enable the service on the server which runs ACS.

Yes. It is not visible by default though. You must first go into Interface Configuration>>Advanced Options and choose IP Pools.
Then, when you go back to System Configuration, you will have the IP Pools option

Right.. but that is an additional installation that you have to do it on the server. ACS , by default does not have this option.
