Upgrading System Bootstrap Version on 6500-CATOS

I can't fingure out how to get started with upgrading the System Bootstrap on a 6500 running CATOS. I see the "Catalyst 6000 Sup2 Rommon2 Code" that's available in the software center. Is it as simple as tftp'ing to flash?

Thanks for those procedures. I was partially there...

We are moving to the 64M ATA Flash cards on some of the switches. That requires you to have the 7.1.1 ROMMON installed on the switch.
