DSR/CTS=down

Hi all

At one of our customer place whn i issued sh int ser 0 the output is like this.but though the output is like this the end to end connectivity is perfect.No packet drops or nothing.i want to know whether it will affect downloading files anyway .i hve searched the forums for the same but i couldnt find any forum with similar question.plzz explain.

DCD=up DSR=down DTR=up RTS=up CTS=down

Check for any 'flowcontrol' related configuration on the DTE as well as DCE. I guess you may encounter problems if the DCE is overwhelmed with data when the traffic is high.
