PIX 501 Firewall Configuration

I am trying to add this firewall to our existing network. I want to disable the dhcp server on the inside interface and set a different private IP address than the default 192.168.1.1. When I use the configuration listed below, the connected devices are not getting the correct IP address from our existing DHCP server. What am I doing wrong?
