c3640 / could not add Pots dial peer

this router running 12.1(3a)X16 having problems while adding potd dial peer. initially it had 6 pots peer but when wanted add 3 more pots peer it did the following

router(config)#dial-peer voice 720 pots

ERROR: could not add peer

Tried removing three pots peer but now its not allowing to add anymore Pots peer. 'sh tech' looks Ok and there is no memory leak

Could soemone shed some light on this

You are definitely having an issue with memory. Please include show mem sum show proc meme and show dial-peer voice sum.

It was a memory issue. Router was reporting it needs more memory. Is there a tool to calculate how much memory is needed for a no of dial peers?
