Unity Queing

I have a customer that is running 2.46 and wants to upgrade to 4.0. He likes to use the "queing" feature for supervised transfers, but does not want the user to hear the "you are the x caller press 1 to leave a message....". Is there a way in 2.46 or 4.02 to turn that feature off.

no... that's how the call holding feature in Unity is designed - it'll force the callers to continue entering a digit to stay in queue. There's no way to turn that off.
