Customer currently use the singal number as the Video conference service phone number. The WAN link is T1 PRI and gateway is 3525. Now customer want routing some point-to-point video call from PSTN to internal H.323 endpoint using DID mode. And they still need to keep the current service phone number available.
My question is that to enable DID routing mode we have to change the phone number range from the current number 3000 to 3000 to the new DID ranges, such as 1000 to 1020 on Gateway, then the current number will be not available. How can we implement the new DID routing and no impaction to the current conference process.
