Question about mrp3-8fxo and caller id

Does anyone have information on the lack of caller id support when using MGCP with the mrp3-8fxo blade? I originally used MGCP but we really need to have caller ID. h.323 is working ok but I feel like this should have been a feature from the start.

Any information is much appreciated.

Caller ID is not supported on FXO's with MGCP and from some of the responses from Cisco I doubt it ever will.

As for the caller id... actually just last week I heard that this was an issue. They are trying to get caller id working over mgcp for Call Mgr before the end of this year.

I guess I will have to wait and see.
