i have installed 2 redundant css 11506 on a customer site. the customer turned on logging on one of the css and received a bunch of the following messages in a sequence:

SEP 17 03:07:23 1/1 115956202 IPV4-4: Ipv4MasterForwIphdrChk: bad IP protocol received (88).
Dest = 224.0.0.10, Src = 157.168.68.52
SEP 17 03:07:23 1/1 115956203 IPV4-4: Ipv4MasterForwIphdrChk: bad IP header received,
Bman free'd

The CSS does not understand all IP protocols.
Eigrp (proto 88) is one of them.
So, you get this error messages each time the CSS receives such a packet.
A bug was submitted to correct this and in the latest version this error message is still present but at a different level (6 instead of 4).
The bug I'm referring to is :
