IP Phones Rebooting after call out FXO port

I have a remote site connected back to Call Manager 3.2(2c) via VPN. The gateway at remote site is a 2621XM with FXO cards in it. Anytime the users out there place a call out the FXO ports the phones reboot themselves at the end of the call with a CM Down error on the phone. What's weird is that they can place 3 digit dial calls into the central site over the VPN all day long with no problems. The 2621XM is running 12.2.15T7. I have tried other versions of IOS including brand new 12.3 releases with no success.

Your problem can be identified in one of these

1) Phone load - change and check in the remote side

2) CPU utilization

3) CSCdy13293 - Bug in the PIX firewall related to H323. Most probably this may be the problem. Check this if you are using PIX firewall
