When are deploying an MPLS/VPN network but one of our customers has IPX connectivity between their sites. What would be the best way to achieve this?

I read another forum conversation and saw that some people said that GRE tunnel is the option, but another people said that is not. What do you think?

Personally, I was thinking of tunneling IPX, but if you know a better way to do it, please let me know.

Hi Alex,

Sure GRE is the way IPX and other non IP traffic are tunneled inside and MPLS/VPN network. Configure your

CEs to be the tunnel ends for a simple topology and you should be good to go.
