First of all, excuse for posting a second thread to this forum, which is very related to another conversation I started some days ago.
As I still haven't been able to fully clarify my doubts expressed there, I would like to know if (meanwhile) someone could point me in the right direction for specific documentation about the 'set ip next-hop' command in route-map configuration mode.
I already searched and read plenty of stuff on the Cisco website, but it was all very vague concerning things like 'set ip next-hop', failover options, etc... For instance, the IOS command references and "Configuring Policy-Based Routing" lack much detail about all the parameters and how they work together.
Thanks a lot,

Hello:
Thanks for you reply... Actually you left off the '.htm' extension in the URL you provided, so the correct address is the following:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios123/123cgcr/iprrp_r/ip2_s1g.htm
Anyway, I already read *a couple* of command references about 'set ip next-hop', but I don't have the impression of already having read this particular page... humm, strange! Although I found this reference helpful, it still lacks some detail (or presumes better knowledge of Cisco routing internals than mine :-)
By the way, I have also solved my other issue referred in the first message of this conversation (19 September). For whomever might need it check it out...
