ACS RDBMS syncronisation error

Hi everyone,

problem is when trying to do a RDBMS synchronisation either with a .CSV file of with Microsoft Access Database the sync fails giving an error:


From CSDBSync.log:


CSDbSync 24/09/2003 14:57:06 I 0000 1332 Config update initiated...

CSDbSync 24/09/2003 14:57:06 I 0000 1332 Automatic sync initiated...

CSDbSync 24/09/2003 14:57:52 E 0000 1856 Cant start transaction on CSAuth

server at mwirad05, error -4, will not do any more actions

CSDbSync 24/09/2003 15:11:16 A 0000 1332 Service stop requested



From RDBMS Synchronisation.csv:


24/09/2003, 14:57:52, ERROR, Sync complete: 1 transaction(s) 0 parse

error(s) 1 process error(s) - refer to service log file


Any help would be appreciated.

Please cross-check the IP address that you have specified for the server mwirad05. It is quiet likely that the error message is the result of a mismatch between the actual IP of the server and the IP you have specified.
