Locale Installation Error

After the cancelation of a wrong locale with the "li-ffr-3.3.3-FRA.exe" the following error occurs:

"Error: Another Local Installer is running, please exit from the first and run again."

This must be a flag, that must be always set and now prevents the installation of the desired locale.

How can I reestablish the installation of other locales?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the locale. If that doesnt help install - LI-FRA 3.3.3. which will sole the issue
