CM 3.3(2) service parameter reverted back to default

I have a case where I have changed the MaxHopCount service perameter from the default of 12 to 74. After a month and a half the Call Managers were rebooted and my setting of 74 was changed back to 12.

Any thoughts?

I think this might be a bug or error in the setting being done.
