Associations between AP's

I currently have multiple 1200 series AP's. For some reason I cannot see any other AP's except the AP I am currently on in the association table. Also when trying to puch config to other ap's I fall into an INACTIVE state.

Check the APs association table and make sure that it sees the other two APs. If it does not, then you may need to reconfigure the APs as possibly the configuration could be stuck or corrupted. There could as well be interference or firmware issues. Check your firmware to see if you are on the latest build.
