Is it possible to turn off speed negotiation on the giga fiber port? There is no SPEED option.

If the version is earlier than 12.1(6)EA2 you need the 'no negotiation auto' command under the gigabit port.
For later versions you must use 'speed nonegotiate'

There is no SPEED NONEGOTIATE option and there no NO NEGOTIATION AUTO option.

Sorry, the above commands are for 10/100/1000 ports but do not include the GBIC interfaces. Please refer to the following link.

It seems that you cannot set speed on GBIC interfaces and only a few support auto duplex
