We got ver 3.3 of the call manager and we'd like to use trace to debug sometimes. However, though I followed all the steps in the documentation, I get 'ASP' errors (the object doesn't exist, invalid username/password) as a result of any trace I start. (Yes, by then , I'm logged in as Admin) I have noticed however that I get a txt file and/or xml, but most of the time it's empty.
Is there sth I forgot to check?
Ideas are welcome!!!
