FCVoIP Database Voice Monitor server

Could someone tell me which SQL Database will be used for the FCVoIP DNS on ODBC configuration. FCVoIP is used for Voice Monitor server.

On The callManager, I can find there are two CCM database, one is CCM0300, the other one is CCM0302. Which one should I use? I found on CCM0300 property, the owner is sa, while on CCM0302, the owner is administrator. What is difference between them?

The FCVoIP DNS should point to your CallManager Publisher using TCP/IP and not NamePipes. You can use SA and pick the CCM0302 depending on your version of Callmanager. Always pick the highest number for the database as that is the most current one your CallManager is using. CCM0300 is prior to the upgrade. I always use SA but using Administrator does not hurt as long as the credential is correct.
