I know this is a bad idea, but My customer really wants a way to bypass entering their Unity PIN, password when a subscriber calls Unity from their own phone. Is there a way to do this? This is the way the old voicemail system works.
The only way to accomplish this is to not set a phone password for the subscriber (_really_ not a good idea). If there's a phone password set there's no way to get around Unity requring that you enter it when accessing your mailbox - that's kinda the idea behind a password...
