To monitor a Voice Over IP network. Switch/routers are all Cisco based (cat6500, 7200vxr, 3745). Would like to monitor the delay, delay variation, packet loss etc on per hop bases not just end-to-end. Need historic data and reqorting capability. Anyone has any recommendation on this? I am doing research on Cisco Voice Health Monitor and Service Assurance Agent. Any other recommendation for product within Cisco or 3rd parties.
