From PIX 515 manual, I read "how to download a PIX 515 image over TFTP", but I cannot find "how to save image to TFTP server". I think I must save first and then am able to download. Please advice, thanks in advance.

copy flash tftp as opposed to copy tftp flash

Just remember copy source >> destination

'copy flash tftp' doesn't work, at least with Pix 6.1(3). Instead use 'write net []:'.

sorry guys, there is no way to copy the IOS image (say 6.3.1) from the PIX to a TFTP server, you can only copy from the TFTP server to the PIX;

copy tftp flash:IMAGE

Just for reference:

write net tftp_IP:filename

will only copy the config file from the PIX to the TFTP server (not the IOS image).

copy flash tftp

only works on a router.

Hope this helps
