Multiple vendor access via ATM cloud

I currently have an ATM cloud in place with a single PVC. I need to allow access for another vendor and subsequent vendors. One vendor has an ATM cloud with the same provider I have, so we will do a cloud to cloud PVC. My question or the help I'm looking for is, what is the best way to allow for other venders or networks to attach, enable security, and have the networks vlan'd. Is MPLS the best and only option? Are there other ways? I need to have the ability to run IPX and IP across this network.

You don't necessarily need MPLS for this. There are various ways to implement security, but it depends on the exact requirement. Check out the cisco site for various products and technologies.
