Supervisor Desktop Record Button greyed out

The Record button on the supervisor desktop was working, and one fine day it suddenly greyed out. The supervisor.dbg donot show anything, restart of VoIP Monitor service doesn't help. Has anyone observed this before. Please help!

1. Check the permissions to the shared folder for the audio files

2. Check the users who have permissions

3. restart the services

start Voip first then dir sync then the rest
