Does the SSl Module for the CSS11503 Content Switch meet FIPS140 Accredidation (For the government)?

The CSS SSL Module is not FIP 140-2 certified.

It was designed to be in compliance with many FIPS 140-2 specifications, however, testing and certification has not been initiated at this point.

The SCA2 is currently the only FIPS 140-2 certified

SSL offloader available from Cisco.
