ciscoview on 6509

hi,all

i'am using the ciscoworks to monitor the catalyst6500,now some port status leds on ciscoview are red or orange

but sth is wrong ,the led on the module of same port is green and the port is works fine.

how can i deal this problem??

Hello,

which version of CiscoWorks and CiscoView are you running ? Is this happening on any workstation ? It could be related to memory and/or video card settings on specific machines, try to use 256 colors and see if it works better then.
