Hi,
I upgraded a 7912 IP phone to test a SIP integration, however now I need to revert to SCCP image but I didn't found any documentation about it.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks
Daniele

The following document talks about the same in 7940/7960.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk652/tk701/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094584.shtml
The procedure is similar for 7912 also. For the 7912, make sure SCCP image is in the tftp and change the load in gkdefault.cfg.
In gkdefault.cfg you need to change the load in the upgradecode line of the text file.

Hi,
I tried as you suggested, modifying the gkdefault file and then use the procedure to generate the cfg file.
It worked fine but is important into the gkdefault.txt file to change the new firmware filename and the version of the firmware.
Thanks
Daniele
