I need to migrate from conduits to acl on some PIX firewalls. I intend to use the OCC tool from Cisco.
Any tips/trick I should be aware of?

If by OCC you're referring to the Output Interpretor (https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl), then no, no issues. Just cut/paste your entire PIX config in and it'll give you the list of ACL's to apply.
