Real Time Reporting error

When I access the realtime reporting page from the Cisco ICD appadmin page,I get the Main page fine with the Report,Tools,Settings and Help Menus.But when I click on any of the sub-menus like for e.g CSQ IP ICD Stats,I receive the following error - "Unable to Connect to Server" in a java applet window.This happens even when I try to run the real-time reports on the server itself.Is there anything else that need to be enabled or any service started for this to work.Any thoughts would help.

Saw a related bug - CSCec28917.No workaround provided.Does anyone know what might temporarily fix the issue.Restarting the Engine did not help.

is there a firewall between your IPCC server and the PC you're using to access the admin web pages/real time reporting pages?
