ATM PVC CBR Config Old Style

Does anyone know how to configure a CBR PVC using the old style of pvc config in IOS (on a 7200 router IOS 12.1 not on a wan switch igx etc)?

e.g. atm pvc 100 10 100 aal5snap ?

The parameters only seem to allow for vbr and ubr circuit types.

Unfortunately on the router in question I cannot use the new style of config e.g. pvc 10/100 / cbr ... etc.
