After installing a new version of the ACU software my built-in 350 mini-PCI has stopped working. It appears that the card has gotten erased. When it is enabled Windows does not behave properly. When I try to manually load new firmware into the card it says it is erasing, and then that "error writing to flash memory!"
Any suggestions on how to recover this? Is the card broken?

The problem is that when you update your firmware, and it stops after xx%, WIN2000 doesnot recognize the PC-card anymore. Often the ACU client detects a 4800 card and a IRQ conflict will appear when re-installing the 350 card. So, there is no way you can install the card or load the new firmware anymore.
