AS5300 connected to the external modem pool by T1 interface

I want to know the following connection is possible or not?

AS5300 with modem module ---> IP internet ---> AS5300 without modem module ---> T1 modem pool -->PC

No - I'm assuming the AS5300 without modems would have voice cards instead. The VFC can't understand modem traffic, so it would not be able to send the modem data as inband audio to the external modem pool.
