Unity Users do not show up in Voicemail Directory

I just created new voicemail boxes for some users and for some reason they do not show up in the Voicemail directory by name, they only can be looked up by extension. Any suggestion on what I need to do to have them show up via name as well?

Most likely you do not have voice names recorded for those users - only subscribers that have voice names recorded will show up in the name lookup handler for outside callers (internal subscribers can address them by name still, of course).

Do the subscribers have a recorded name and do they have list in directory set? Both of those need to be set for it to work.

Thanks,

Keith

Thanks everyone. It turns out the users that didn't show up didn't have a recorded name.
