I curious about next -in FECN pkts 172350 and in DE pkts 67720790. And for out FECN and out DE i have 0. Why it's so? And what does mean high value for in pkts?

The frame-relay network and not the routers at the endpoints that sets the Discard Eligible bit on a frame and is response for the Forward Congestion Notifcation so you will only inbound.


You have gotten 67720790 frames that were sent by the other side and then, marked in transit, to be eligble for discard based upon your CIR. These 67720790 frames still made it to your side even though they legally could have been dropped.


You must be bursting above the CIR as you are getting the flow control of FECN's back from the network. If this situation is causing trouble for you, you will need to purchase a higher CIR from your telco.
