Deleted message not appearing in Deleted Items folder Unity 4.03

If a user listens to an email and deletes this email via the phone, the email is deleted from outlook without appearing in deleted items. Is there a work around for this.

Check the class of service the subscriber is assigned to - there's an option on the messages page that dictates if deleted items are copied to the deleted items folder or not when they are deleted over the phone.

Hello -

Perhaps something else to consider if you have a unified messaging implementation. Users can select the option in Outlook to clear messages from the Deleted Items folder upon exiting Outlook. Some of our customers had this option set and mistakenly thought it was being done by Unity.
