i have cisco 770 isdn router .
it supports only set based commands.
i am using it for internet access . the router is up running . but now i wanted to change existing USER NAME and PASSWORD with new USERNAME and PASSWORD supplied by ISP.
how to see existing usename and password
&
how to change the username and password ?
immediate response will be highly appreciated .

Hello,
AFAIK, you have to create a profile, make it active, and assign a password:
set profile username (where username is the USERNAME asssigned by your ISP)
set ppp password (where password is the PASSWORD assigned by your ISP)
set active (username)

Hi gpauwen,
Thanx for the immediate response. my concern is if i make new profile with new USERNAME , I have to configure routing and dialing parameters with that profile or existing parameters bind with that new profile .
