international calls fail

I have a customer who has CM 3.33sp4a, H232 gateway with a T1 for LD. The dial pattern 9.011XXXXXXXXXXXX

and the following dial peer

dial-peer voice 9011 pots

destination-pattern 9011............

port 1/0:1

prefix 011

When the call gets placed it rings then a recording comes on call can't be completed.

When I do a SH VOICE CALL STAT on the router it shows

0x1C0C2 151D 0x81B2AE64 1/0:1.20 8/4 *0396980059 g711ulaw 0/9011

debug out showes that it can't find prefix for DP

I would first change the dial-peer number. Make it something in the 90-99 range. I know this can cause problems. Why don't you just use the route pattern in CCM and not make a specific dial-peer. It should pick up the default dial-peer that you have for the location.
